As Clinic Director at Parker Integrative Health, I’ve helped build a space where clinical excellence meets compassionate care, and where every patient is seen, heard, and supported.

My path has been shaped by both strategy and soul. With a Master’s in Business Management and a background in launching and scaling businesses, I bring structure, systems, and a growth mindset to everything we do. But it’s my work as an ICF Certified Interpersonal Development Coach that infuses my leadership with empathy, clarity, and resilience.

At Parker Integrative Health, I guide a team that’s deeply committed to integrative wellness. Together, we design care plans, refine protocols, and craft messaging that speaks to the heart. Whether mentoring staff or supporting patients, I lead with emotional intelligence and a belief that healthcare should feel personalized.

Outside the clinic, Jennifer is a proud mother of three boys and a breast cancer survivor—experiences that have shaped her resilience and deepened her commitment to living with purpose. She approaches every challenge with optimism, every opportunity with intention, and every relationship with authenticity.
