Neurofeedback Helps Regulate Your Brain
Modify your brainwave activity to improve your daily life.
Medical Care Extends to the Brain
Physical ailments aren’t the only reason to seek medical attention. When your brain isn’t working at its full capacity, it can extend into your day-to-day and even impact your physical health. From helping manage addictions to reducing chronic pain, Parker Integrative Health offers neurofeedback, a non-invasive way to modify your brain’s behaviors and activities.
Neurofeedback Therapy Provides Long-Lasting Results
Also known as EEG biofeedback and neurotherapy, neurofeedback is a wellness solution that teaches you to modify your brainwave activity through positive reinforcement. This painless, non-invasive approach employs a computer-based program to monitor your brainwaves, uses auditory and visual signals to help you recognize your thought patterns, and allows our medical professionals to teach you how to regulate and repeat the positive ones.
Parker Integrative Health’s neurofeedback therapy is one of the most comprehensive neurofeedback programs, specifically designed to help you improve focus, mood, emotional resilience, and even chronic pain.
The Body and Mind Benefit from Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback directly interacts with the brain, but it also can bring positive results to physical problems, such as chronic illness or sensory motor integration. Parker Integrative Health’s neurofeedback professionals measure brain waves and can increase or decrease their activities, promoting neuroplasticity and leading to greater emotional and physical regulation.
Neurofeedback therapy can be used to improve:
We Offer Advanced Testing to Map Your Brain and Body
Parker Integrative Health assesses your current brain activity through a variety of methods, allowing us to identify exactly how to help you.
19-channel qEEG brain map
Measures electrical activity across the brain to identify patterns linked to focus, mood, memory, sleep, and performance.
Interactive metronome timing assessment
Evaluates the brain’s timing and rhythm, critical for attention, coordination, and learning.
Nerve express autonomic testing
Examines balance between the sympathetic (“fight-or-flight”) and parasympathetic (“rest-and-digest”) systems.
Balance assessment with BTrackS
Reveals stability, coordination, and vestibular function.
RightEye eye tracking
Detects hidden visual processing or eye movement issues that can impact reading, focus, and sports performance.
Comprehensive neurological exam
Dr. Paola assesses brain hemisphere dominance, primitive reflexes, and nervous system function.
Our Neurofeedback Therapies Rewire and Heal the Brain
While most clinics offer one or two methods of neurofeedback therapy, Parker Integrative Health is pleased to bring each method together. Each integrative session is carefully crafted to challenge and retrain the brain from multiple angles, accelerating progress and creating breakthroughs that single therapies alone cannot achieve.
Our neurofeedback therapy sessions include:
Neurofeedback (HEG, MicroTesla, sLORETA, Z-Score)
Trains the brain to self-regulate and optimize function. Each modality targets different aspects of brainwave activity for maximum results.
Primitive reflex remediation
Corrects retained reflexes that can block proper brain development and integration.
EyeLights therapy
Uses specific light stimulation to balance hemispheres of the brain and improve processing.
Rezzimax
A vibration tool to release tension, support the vagus nerve, and calm the nervous system.
Cold laser therapy
Supports cellular repair, circulation, and brain healing.
Interactive metronome training
Improves timing, rhythm, attention, and executive function.
Vielight photobiomodulation
Stimulates the brain with gentle light to enhance focus, memory, and mood.
Focus Builder app
Eye and brain exercises to strengthen visual tracking and attention.
Vibration therapy
Stimulates sensory input, improves circulation, and activates the cerebellum.
Brain games
Engages cognitive function while reinforcing neuroplasticity.
Brain driver
Directs stimulation to targeted brain regions for improved connectivity.
Brain games
Engages cognitive function while reinforcing neuroplasticity.
Alpha stimulation
Uses microcurrent to calm anxiety, improve sleep, and rebalance mood.
Neurosensory integrator
Combines visual, auditory, and motor exercises to enhance integration of brain and body.
Motion guidance
Improves proprioception, coordination, and body awareness.
We Offer Alternative Neurological Therapies to Address the Entire Body
While neurofeedback is the cornerstone of our program, Parker Integrative Health’s integrative approach gives you options. We offer several supplementary or alternative services to enhance your neurological functions, so you can receive a treatment that is best for you.
Our alternative neurological therapies include:
Functional neurology treatment
Focuses on retraining the brain through exercising neural pathways.
Nasal Release Technique (NRT)
Nasal Release Technique (NRT), also known as Nasal Cranial Restructuring, is a gentle, hands-on therapy realigning the bones of the face and cranium to improve oxygen flow. Releasing tension and restriction in the nasal passages helps restore proper breathing, circulation, and overall balance often after only a few sessions. It can help with chronic sinus congestion or allergies, headaches and migraines, TMJ/jaw tension, sleep apnea and snoring, post-concussion symptoms, neck and shoulder tightness, and emotional release and improved focus
The Melillo Method
A combination of physical exercises, cognitive training, and nutritional counseling to treat developmental and behavioral disorders.
Functional nutrition
Holistically treats health issues by understanding the effect food has on the body and mind. Receive a personalized diet plan that fits your body’s exact needs.
Gravity Reset Method (GRM)
The Gravity Reset Method (GRM) is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach designed to optimize how the brain perceives and responds to gravity. At Parker Integrative Health, we offer GRM to help patients recalibrate their neurological systems for improved physical and cognitive function. By using targeted movements, sensory feedback, and neurological exercise, we reset your brain’s verticality perception and relationship to gravity. GRM can benefit the following: chronic neck, back, or joint pain, dizziness or balance issues, postural fatigue or instability, neurological conditions affecting movement, and recovery from trauma or injury
Primitive reflex remediation
Specialized exercises form new neural pathways, giving you greater control over primitive reflexes.
How to Begin Neurofeedback Therapy
1. Schedule a qEEG appointment
Schedule a thirty minute consultation with Paola Porrone Birch DC, BCN, FIBFN-CND, CFMP, or an hour neurological exam that includes a 1:1 with Dr. Paola and a testing series with our NFB Technician to see if you are a good candidate for our neurofeedback program.
2. Begin NFB treatment
We begin a series of neurofeedback appointments and measure them against your initial results, so we can track your progress. Many patients begin seeing changes in the first five to ten sessions.
3. Enjoy your enduring results
After our patients go through the recommended number of treatment sessions, they typically enjoy permanent results.
